Queensland Tourism Futures mentoring program
Supporting the next generation

Our mentoring program connects mentees with experienced mentors to support their professional growth.

Running from March-September, meetings can be held in-person, online, or by phone, offering greater flexibility. While participants receive a comprehensive guidebook as a helpful tool, the program is designed to be adaptable, allowing you to shape your mentoring journey based on your unique goals.

Mentees are matched with mentors based on factors such as career goals and industry experience, ensuring tailored guidance. This program is part of a broader QTIC initiative aimed at fostering long-term professional development.
