Who can join QTIC?

When is the membership period?
QTIC’s membership period runs for 12 months, from 1 July to 30 June. Memberships are also available at a pro-rata rate throughout the financial year, ensuring you can join at any time and still enjoy supporting Queensland’s peak advocacy body while accessing valuable member benefits.
I have an accreditation, does this mean I have QTIC membership?
Accreditations do not come with QTIC memberships. However, members do receive a discounted fee for accreditations. More information on membership benefits including accreditation discounts can be found in our membership prospectus here.

How do I login to the member portal?
To access the QTIC member portal enter your registered email address and password into the QTIC website. If you have any issues logging in, please utilise the forgot your password option on the website or contact us.
Can I pause my membership?
QTIC membership is an annual investment in both your business and the future of Queensland’s tourism industry. Once your membership is active, you’ll have uninterrupted access to all the valuable benefits, resources and networking opportunities for the full financial year.
If your circumstances change, you are welcome to review your membership at renewal time. Our team is always available to discuss how QTIC can best support your goals and ensure you continue to get value from your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Renewing your QTIC membership ensures you continue to enjoy exclusive benefits, including valuable resources, industry insights, networking opportunities, and support from Queensland’s leading tourism advocacy body.

Renewing Members: Renewing members will receive a renewing email with an invoice attached, payments can be made by direct debit or via credit card.

Can I get a membership discount?
Members who join QTIC and are members of their Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) will receive a discount of 25% on their membership fee.
